KARACHI: State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Deputy Governor Saeed Ahmad has admitted that the Finance Minister Ishaq Dar is his old friend adding that Ishaq Dar had offered him for the post of deputy governor of State Bank of Pakistan. However, he stated that the allegations leveled by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan against him are totally baseless. He said, “Imran Khan should tell on which accounts money laundering being held”. Imran Khan has showed documental evidences on media during his address to the nation on which Finance Minister Ishaq Dar had admitted in 45 pages affidavit that he has been doing money laundering through Saeed Ahmad. The deputy governor also admitted that Ishaq Dar is his old friend.
